Terms & Conditions

A 50% nonrefundable deposit is due to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. Booking, agreements and payments are handled through HoneyBook.

• More than 14 days before the event: Happy Pour keeps the deposit, and any additional payments you’ve made are refunded.
• 14 days or fewer before the event: 100% of the contracted service total is owed, including any unpaid balance.

If qualifying severe weather, a mandatory evacuation or a comparable emergency prevents Happy Pour from providing service safely or lawfully, you’ll receive a full refund, or we can reschedule if we both agree.

Ordinary voluntary cancellations don’t qualify for this exception and follow the client cancellation terms above.

If Happy Pour cancels and can’t provide your service, you’ll receive a full refund of all payments, including the deposit.

Service beyond the booked hours is $100 per hour.

A $150 travel fee applies to events up to 100 miles from Santa Rosa Beach. For locations farther away, please contact us before booking.

Happy Pour is a dry-hire service: we don’t sell or provide alcohol. You purchase and supply the alcohol for your event, class, tasting or To Go setup. The Zero-Proof Bar serves alcohol-free drinks only.

Our bartenders are TIPS-certified. We serve alcohol only to guests 21 and older, may ask for ID, and won’t serve anyone who appears to be underage or visibly intoxicated.

Happy Pour To Go is a delivery and styled-setup service; we don’t stay to bartend. Each bar is designed for up to 10 guests (about 20 cocktails), and larger groups are quoted separately. What’s included with each bar is listed on the Happy Pour To Go page.
