These terms govern bookings made with Happypour LLC, a licensed and insured mobile bartending service serving Destin, 30A, and the Emerald Coast, FL.
Happypour operates on a dry-hire basis. You, the client, are responsible for purchasing and providing all alcohol for your event. We provide professional bartending labor, equipment, and — depending on your package — mixers, garnishes, ice, and bar supplies as outlined in your quote.
A signed service agreement and non-refundable deposit are required to hold your date. The remaining balance is due prior to your event as specified in your contract.
Final pricing is based on guest count, event length, and package selected, with a $600 minimum across all bookings. Pricing details are confirmed in your individual service agreement.
Cancellations and date changes are handled according to the terms in your signed service agreement. Please reach out as early as possible if your plans change.
Happypour LLC is a fully insured Florida LLC. Our bartenders follow responsible alcohol service practices, including checking ID and declining service where appropriate, in accordance with Florida law. The client is responsible for ensuring the event complies with local venue and municipal alcohol regulations.
For outdoor events, clients are responsible for providing adequate shelter, power, and water access for the bar setup. Happypour is not liable for service limitations caused by severe weather beyond our control.
